| Once you locate the market you would like to purchase and invesment property in know the seasons of your area, I know it sounds odd , what do you care about the weather for right? The weather affects your resale market, in the north not allot of homes sell in the winter. Would you want to pack all your belongings in the dead of winter and drudge through the snow to move them. Another thing winter and cold seasons can affect is the condition of the interior of the home. In the winter months many mortgage companies that have these homes in forclosure don't heat them , they winterize the pipes nd let them sit all winter with no heat, this many times causes mold to grow due to constant temperature changes and moisture. |
